Supervisor of SUPR Specialty Services

Sinnissippi is currently seeking a compassionate, full-time SUPR Specialty Services Supervisor at our Dixon Route 2 location. The SUPR Specialty Services Supervisor will plan, develop and coordinate the operation of our SUPR (Substance Use Prevention & Recovery) Services.
Objectives
- Develops, implements and coordinates SUPR services, quality management, and utilization review in collaboration with supervisors.
- Takes initiative for planning and providing quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and mandates of all regulatory agencies.
- Provides clinical training to program staff to enhance skill level.
- Responsible for compliance with all state and local health, safety, and fire codes, including life safety codes.
- Ensures safety guidelines are in place and communicated to the clients and staff.
- Reviews client records and confers with other professionals to evaluate condition and treatment of clients as needed.
- Performs direct care services as needed to meet contractual obligations and budgetary performance expectations.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos.?
- Ability to write effective and compelling correspondence to support position and/or recommendations.?
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to employees, vendors, partners, and stakeholders of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises programming staff of the assigned program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field - MHP
- CADC
- Supervisory Experience required
Salary: $59,116-$62,071
