Our clerical staff greet clients, answer a busy multi-line switchboard, file medical records, monitor paperwork compliance and assist clinical staff with all aspects of excellent service to clients.

This position would be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations for 4 specialty corporations that are funded by federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants. This position works closely with other members of the business office, residential managers, and other members of the leadership team to support the organization's financial objectives. This position is also responsible for payroll processing for Sinnissippi's 300+ employees.

Our Crisis Clinicians meet with individuals experiencing a behavioral health emergency in local facilities and institutions including our offices, emergency rooms, police departments, etc. to complete assessments while focusing on collaboration with consumer support and recovery-oriented structures. This is a home-based position that travels to provide community-based services.

Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a HFI Family Support Staff (FSS). FSS are responsible for outreach, engagement and enrollment of participants into the Healthy Families Illinois (HFI) program, completing home visits, and reviewing HFA Service plans, developmental screens, family goals, and participant records to develop a home visit plan tailored to each family. FSS are responsible for establishing a trusting relationship; assisting in strengthening the parent-child relationship; assisting caregivers in improving their skills to optimize the home environment; improving the family support system; increasing the family’s ability to problem solve and to assume the role of advocate for themselves and their children; and to increase school readiness for children. FSS responsibilities also include identifying needs and referring families for services in the communities in which they live. BEING BILINGUAL IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
