Supervisor of SUPR Services

Sinnissippi is looking for an additional Supervisor of SUPR Services as our agency grows. This position supervises staff and programs within the SUPR division. Our SUPR clinicians provide assessment, treatment planning, case management, and counseling. This individual could also see SUPR clients in our outpatient office in our Dixon Route 2 office or in community settings.
Objectives:
- Supervise a team of 4-5 SUPR clinicians.
- Provide individualized psychotherapy services to address a wide array of issues, including, substance abuse, mental health and trauma.
- Complete and maintain service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards.
- Use clinical judgment to diagnose, treat clients and make decisions within the range of program services, especially those requiring behavioral health, substance abuse, and trauma treatment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree and CADC are required.
- Interest in obtaining licensure (LCPC/LCSW) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience providing SUPR services required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse is beneficial.
- Training in trauma informed interventions preferred.
Salary: Salary: $63,313 - $66,478
We currently offer a hiring bonus for newly hired licensed clinicians or bilingual clinicians. This only applies to LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, and bilingual degreed clinician candidates. Bilingual ability relates to Spanish, and the candidate must be willing to use their bilingual ability. Candidates will receive $500 after they are hired and an additional $500 after their 6-month anniversary.
