Sinnissippi Centers is hiring a Care Coordinator to establish access to high-quality home and community-based services for children with significant behavioral health challenges. This System of Care improvement initiative (titled Pathways to Success) will focus on supporting children's success at home, in school, and in their communities in the Whiteside, Lee, Bureau, and Henry county areas. This position is home based and would focus on Whiteside, Lee, and Bureau Counties.

This position provides coordination of building projects including renovations, real estate acquisitions and new construction, works with architects, zoning departments, real estate agents, general contractors, etc. and they manage budgeting and planning for capital projects. Additionally, they schedule for long term building maintenance plans and supervise the Facilities Management function.

Sinnissippi Centers is expanding our services along with the Illinois CCBHC program to ensure access to coordinated and comprehensive behavioral health care and our commitment to person-centered treatment. This position will be based out of our Dixon Route 2 office and will provide assessment and care coordination to help people navigate behavioral health care, physical health care, social services, and the other systems they are involved in.


School Based Clinician

Sinnissippi Centers is looking for a School Based Counselor to work in an intensive, high-acuity, team-oriented school environment in Lee County. This position would be working in tandem with guidance counselors, teachers, and administrators to help meet the mental health needs of students where they are. This position will work directly with school children, assisting them in meeting their mental health needs. Services will be provided on location at school and in natural settings – community or other locations where children feel most comfortable. School Based Clinicians working full-time can contract annually to reduce a 12-month continuous work arrangement to either a 9- or 10-month period each year where job duties and responsibilities permit.
