The goal of our CST teams is to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes for children with behavioral health concerns and to increase community functioning by attaining recovery goals. This is an intensive service program in which at least 60% of services must be provided in the natural setting. This position would function as the Clinician for such services.

This position would be working in tandem with guidance counselors, teachers, and administrators to help meet the mental health needs of students where they are. This position will work directly with school children, assisting them in meeting their mental health needs. Services will be provided on location at school and in natural settings – community or other locations where children feel most comfortable. School Based Clinicians working full-time can contract annually to reduce a 12-month continuous work arrangement to either a 9- or 10-month period each year where job duties and responsibilities permit.
