Sinnissippi Centers is looking for a Recovery Home Supervisor to provide clinical and operational oversight of our Men's Recovery Home, a residential facility in Dixon. Sinnissippi's Recovery Homes provide individuals in the early stages of substance use recovery or those who have just completed treatment the space, time, and resources to successfully continue that process and eventually transition back into the community.

Objectives

· Develop evidence-based substance use management and treatment programming

· Supervise non-clinical staff

· Create and facilitate staff training related to substance use disorders and services

· Ensure regulatory compliance of services and documentation

· Collect data on service utilization and quality

· Perform other administrative and clinical functions as required

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in a relevant human services degree program

· Five years of related experience or training in social work, counseling, or psychology

· CADC Required (or near completion)

Preferred Qualifications

· Supervisory experience

· Experience providing or supervising substance use disorder services

· QMHP or Licensure (LCPC/LCSW)

Salary: $59,116 - $68,870
