Sinnissippi seeks to add an eager and qualified team member to our nursing staff! The Psychiatric Nurse is responsible for providing direct and regular services to the clientele at our Dixon Route 2 office.

Responsibilities

• Providing primary health and medication education to clients
• Coordinating medication services including monitoring for side effects and ensuring adequate medication supplies
• Monitoring lab work if needed
• Providing care coordination with other behavioral health and primary care providers
• Administering injections to clients
• Includes travel to other Sinnissippi locations
  

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: RN or LPN Required; 2-3 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education or experience with behavioral health may be considered.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Training skills: Ability to design and implement professional level training for staff and general public; ability to use Power Point and associated technology for presentations.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to implement and follow program practices as designed.
• Mathematical skills: Ability to learn the basic concepts of statistical process control, including the production of statistical process control charts.

This position is full-time in our Dixon Route 2 office. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary: RN - $63,313 - $74,076/year; LPN $62,071 - $72-465
