Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a Crisis Engagement Specialist at our Dixon Route 2 office. The CES shall provide recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma informed services; serve as an advocate; and provide information and support for individuals seeking treatment at SCI. This position will work closely with our Crisis Team. The CES shall perform a wide range of tasks to assist individuals who are in the midst of a mental health crisis.

Sinnissippi Centers seeks to fill an opening for an Intact Family Resource Specialist. The goal of the Intact program is keeping families involved in the DCFS system together as well as enhancing family functioning. This support role with assist clinicians with managing increasing caseloads, screenings, obtaining comprehensive medical/school records, assisting with planning of Child and Family Team Meetings, and monitoring new safety protocols. This position is primarily home-based, but will include time spent at our Sterling Office, traveling, and providing services in our clients' homes.

Sinnissippi Centers is looking for a School Based Supervisor to be responsible for the direct supervision of our School Based Clinicians; this includes training, shadowing and providing licensed supervision. This position will also work directly with students and parents assisting them in meeting the mental health needs of their school communities and developing healthy bonding relationships. Services will be provided on location at school settings as well as in office and other locations to meet the demands and needs of our staff.

Sinnissippi Centers is looking for a passionate and qualified candidate to supervise our Mount Carroll office clinical staff. This position supervises 3-5 clinicians and oversees office operations. In addition, this position carries a caseload and performs client services. Qualified candidates will have behavioral health treatment experience with a variety of diagnoses and ages, as well as 2-3+ years of supervisory experience. Candidates with their LCSW or LCPC are preferred.

Our Crisis Clinicians meet with individuals experiencing a behavioral health emergency in local facilities and institutions including our offices, emergency rooms, police departments, etc. to complete assessments while focusing on collaboration with consumer support and recovery-oriented structures. This is a home-based position that travels to provide community-based services.

Sinnissippi Centers continues to grow and is seeking to add an additional Maintenance Specialist position to our facilities management program. This position will participate in all physical aspects of maintaining a busy outpatient and residential behavioral health system.

Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a HFI Family Support Staff (FSS). FSS are responsible for outreach, engagement and enrollment of participants into the Healthy Families Illinois (HFI) program, completing home visits, and reviewing HFA Service plans, developmental screens, family goals, and participant records to develop a home visit plan tailored to each family. FSS are responsible for establishing a trusting relationship; assisting in strengthening the parent-child relationship; assisting caregivers in improving their skills to optimize the home environment; improving the family support system; increasing the family’s ability to problem solve and to assume the role of advocate for themselves and their children; and to increase school readiness for children. FSS responsibilities also include identifying needs and referring families for services in the communities in which they live. Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Sinnissippi Centers is hiring a new Care Coordinator to establish access to high-quality home and community-based services for children with significant behavioral health challenges. This System of Care improvement initiative (titled Pathway to Success) will focus on supporting children's success at home, in school, and in their communities in the Whiteside, Lee, Bureau, and Henry county areas. This position is home based and would focus on Lee and Whiteside Counties.

This transitional residence provides a healthy and sober living environment for individuals participating in outpatient substance abuse services. The position will work at our Amboy Recovery Home location and could also provide periodic coverage at our Dixon location.
