Information Systems Technician

Sinnissippi Centers is looking for an Information Systems Technician to work with our IT team doing a variety of functions including responding to Help Desk requests for PC support, setting up new computers for staff, troubleshooting network issues, assisting with electronic medical record issues and other IT functions. This position is expected to be in-office Monday-Friday at our Dixon location, with some travel required to other offices. Typical work hours are 8am – 5pm with occasional off-shift hours as needed.

Requirements:

  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • 1 or more years of experience as an IT support position is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Good customer service skills to assist internal customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft products is required. Microsoft 365 experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Any CompTIA Certifications are a plus.

Salary: $68,479 - $71,902
