Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a full-time Client Financial Advocate in our Dixon Rt 2 office. This position will work closely with our Clerical and Business Office teams, contacting clients for financial and insurance follow-ups.

Objectives

• Contacting clients to discuss balance due and collect payments
• Contacting clients for income updates to review sliding fee scale and financial responsibility
• Review and maintain internal documentation of client contacts
• Submitting insurance verification forms
• Informing clients of insurance benefits
• Responding to client inquiries regarding balance/insurance/payments/etc.
• Assisting business office in contacting clients with high balances
• Additional tasks identified by business office/clerical supervisors to assist both teams, as available

Requirements

• Clerical and financial experience in a confidential setting
• Good keyboarding skills
• Experience working with Excel
• Excellent customer-focused attitude
• The desire and personality for working with the behavioral health population
• High school diploma or GED

Hours are primarily Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm

Pay: $17.67 - $20.28 per hour
