Sinnissippi Centers is expanding our services along with the Illinois CCBHC program to ensure access to coordinated and comprehensive behavioral health care and our commitment to person-centered treatment. This position will provide assessment and care coordination to help people navigate behavioral health care, physical health care, social services, and the other systems they are involved in.
The qualified candidate will be working with youth, families, and adults at Sinnissippi's Dixon/Route 2 location providing effective treatment for individuals and families with emotional and behavioral health needs.
This role provides expert psychosocial assessment, brief targeted intervention, and individual therapy for social, emotional and environmental issues that impact client/family ability to optimally benefit from care. The role also provides education and/or consultation to patients and their families.
This position provides a great opportunity for a self-directed mental health clinician to make a significant contribution to the larger care team. Working as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to clients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
We are seeking an Assessment Clinician to:
Salary: $51,405 - $59,758 (MHP/Bachelor's level); $59,116 - $68,870 (QMHP/Master's level)
